This is your space to be honest, specific, and fully yourself—I welcome it. Think of this as a cozy little corner where your thoughts get to shine, and together we make this thing feel right.
UsePastel is the tool we’ll use for sharing feedback directly on the designs. You’ll get a special link where you can click anywhere on the design and drop your comments like breadcrumbs. Clean, simple, and it keeps your thoughts right where I can find them.
Here’s how it works:
→ You’ll receive a notification that your feedback is needed. Head over to the Review Studio tab in your Client Portal to get started!
→ Tap anywhere on the design to leave a comment.
→ Need to change your mind? Edit or delete comments as you go.
→ Finished? Great!
Pro tip: Be specific. “I don’t vibe with this” → Better: “Let’s try a softer font here to match the vibe from the homepage.”
Don’t stress—I’ll remind you when it’s time to use this, and I’m always here if you need help.

Moxie: Client Portal
Think of your Client Portal as your one-stop shop! You can complete your Prework, review designs & provide feedback, use the chat feature to send a quick note, schedule meetings, request features and keep track of your invoices/due dates!
Google Meet
All of our meetings will be conducted on Google Meet. Be on the lookout for the link and come with all the questions you’d like answered!
Client File Folders
Within your client portal, you’ll have the opportunity to retrieve files that need to be downloaded after the project has concluded. Not ready to download the files yet? That’s OK too! The files are there for as long as the internet exist!
